  • 2 Cup Paneer, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Red Chili powder
  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt to taste

  • Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
  • Add the grated ginger and minced garlic to the pan and sauté for a minute or two until the raw smell goes away.
  • Add the pureed tomatoes to the pan and mix well. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are cooked and the mixture thickens.
  • Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder to the pan and mix well.
  • Add the cubed paneer to the pan and mix well. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer is coated with the tomato mixture.
  • Add the heavy cream to the pan and mix well. Let it cook for a minute or two until the mixture comes to a boil.
